- To share an image, document, or voice message , use the attach ( + ) option — the app will ask to use your camera, microphone, photos, or files the first time, depending on what you attach.

5. Dashboard: The Community Hub
The Dashboard tab is the heart of the app. From here you can open every community section, grouped into:
- Community — the About page, and the Objectives and Guidelines of the platform.
- About — Information , Srimatham & Branches , and Activities in Kanchipuram .
- People — Members and Volunteers .
- Groups — Groups and User Groups .
- Events Calendar — Events , the Events Calendar , and Important Dates .
- Resources — Books , News Letters , Audio Files , Kamakoti TV , Links , Stotrams , Bookmarks , and Gallery .
Please read the Guidelines at least once — they set out how to take part respectfully in this sacred space.
6. Members, Groups & Circles
Members
Open Members from the Dashboard to browse the community directory. Use Advanced Search to find someone, open a member's profile, and from there connect or send a message . You can also Invite Member to the community.
Groups & User Groups
Groups are organised into categories — for example, Schools & Education Centres or the Bhagavadgita Community. You can browse by Categories or by Groups , join a group, or create one with Add a Group .
Circles
Circles are your own private groups for communicating with chosen members. Create one with Add a Circle .
7. Events & Important Dates
Open Events from the Dashboard to see upcoming events with their dates, times, and details, and switch to the Events Calendar for a calendar view. Important Dates lists key days such as pujas and festivals.
Where offered, you can add an event to your device calendar; the app will ask permission to access your calendar and let you choose which one to use. Adding an event only writes that single event, and you can remove it later.
